As a Corporate Travel Advisor, you will be an integral part of our team, providing expert travel management services to our corporate clients. You will be responsible for managing the travel needs of businesses and ensuring a seamless, efficient, and cost-effective travel experience for their employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize, book, and manage all aspects of corporate travel including flights, accommodations, car rentals, and other travel services.
- Use GDS systems (like Amadeus, Sabre, or TravelPort+) for bookings and reservations.
- Handle changes to travel arrangements and last-minute travel requests efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to corporate clients.
- Understand and anticipate client needs and preferences.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, providing travel updates and information.
- Ensure compliance with corporate travel policies and procedures.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate corporate rates with travel suppliers.
- Offer alternatives and options to optimize travel budgets.
- Address and resolve any travel-related issues or emergencies.
- Provide support outside of regular business hours as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of travel expenses and client information.
- Prepare and present regular reports on travel activities and expenditures.
- Stay informed of global travel trends, advisories, and health regulations.
Qualifications:
- Experience in corporate travel management or a related field.
- Demonstrated proficiency in a Global Distribution System (GDS)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.
- Familiarity with corporate travel policies and industry regulations.
- A degree in tourism, hospitality, or related field is preferred.
